LuckyGold.Fish is dedicated to safeguarding our users and advocating for responsible social gaming as part of our commitment to customer care and social accountability.

We recognize that fostering a positive experience on our platform is a shared duty between us and you, our users. It is crucial for you to remain aware of the potential risks that can come with online gameplay if control is not maintained. We highly encourage you to utilize the responsible social gameplay information below, which is readily available to you.

In our pursuit of ensuring that your gaming experience remains both enjoyable and affordable, we actively endorse responsible social gameplay. We have implemented various measures to support users who wish to regulate their gaming activities. We also retain the right to enforce these measures independently if we, at our sole discretion, deem it necessary.

    3. We reserve the right to revise the RSG Policy at any point. Any modifications will be published on the Platform and will take effect, and thus be binding, immediately upon publication.

To achieve this, the RSG Program provides educational materials, control mechanisms, and access to external professional support when necessary.
    3. LuckyGold.Fish acknowledges that maintaining a fun and affordable gaming experience is a shared responsibility, ultimately resting on the player's decision to participate. We offer neither counseling services nor do we monitor user behavior. Our emphasis is on providing tools for self-regulation and promoting informed and educated gaming choices.
    4. LuckyGold.Fish has staff available to help you with your gameplay activities. Our team members are encouraged and equipped to proactively offer information and control tools.
  3. RSG ACCESS CONTROL TOOLS

The access control options listed below can be utilized if your gaming activity has become problematic or if there's a risk of it happening (refer to “Understanding Problem Gameplay” in section 6.4).

    1. Taking a Break - This option can be accessed by contacting customer support. It allows you to take a temporary break from playing. During this period, your account will be inaccessible to you.
      1. Available durations for this break are 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days.
      2. Reactivating your account is not possible until the selected break duration has ended.
    2. Self-Exclusion - This option, also accessible by contacting customer support, permits you to suspend your account for a more extended period. During this time-frame, your account will be inaccessible.
      1. Available durations for self-exclusion are 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or indefinitely.
      2. If we verify your account to our satisfaction, reasonable efforts will be made to redeem any remaining prizes, provided they meet any playthrough requirements and/or redemption thresholds.
      3. You will be unsubscribed from our marketing communications.
      4. Reactivating your account will not be possible until the chosen self-exclusion period is complete.
      5. For defined self-exclusions, your account will automatically be reactivated once the specified period has ended.
      6. For indefinite self-exclusions, at least 6 months must pass before reactivation is considered.
      7. Additionally, a 7-day cooling-off period will apply before an indefinitely self-excluded account can be reactivated.
    3. Permanent Account Closure - To permanently close your account, please contact customer support.
      1. Should you decide to permanently close your account, you must contact customer support, requesting “Permanent Account Closure” and explaining the reason.
      2. It’s important to understand that unlike indefinite self-exclusion, permanent account closure is irreversible and the account cannot be reactivated.
      3. You must provide a “confirmation of understanding” to finalize the permanent closure of your account.

  2. EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION ON RESPONSIBLE SOCIAL GAMEPLAY

    1. Principles of Gameplay
      1. Randomness: It is essential to note that the results of each game round are entirely unpredictable. Every outcome is independent and cannot be forecasted based on previous or forthcoming results.
      2. Return to Player (RTP): This number represents the average return on the winnings and prizes slot-type game over its lifetime. e.g., if a slot type has a 9% advantage, then the average RTP will be 91%.
      3. Advantage: Any game that is casino-type is designed to have a slight advantage which favors the operator.
    2. Common Misconceptions
      1. "I'm bound to win soon" - You can't predict when you'll win. The results are entirely random.
      2. "I know I'll win as long as I have my lucky charm/pre-game routine" - Even though these may add to the fun, they don't influence your odds. Results are random.
      3. "Playing longer increases my chances of winning" - The duration of play doesn’t affect your winning chances. Results remain random.
      4. "These games are manipulated" - The Random Number Generator (RNG) used in all LuckyGold.Fish games operates to ensure outcomes are as fair and unpredictable as possible. Players can feel reassured that the games are designed to provide a fair experience, with outcomes that are not predetermined.

    3. Safe Gameplay Tips
      1. Refrain from playing when you are feeling upset or emotional.

      5. Spend only what you can comfortably afford.
      6. Establish a budget and adhere to it.
      7. Set a specific time limit for playing ahead of time.
      8. Make sure to understand how the games work before you play, and keep in mind that outcomes are based on random chance.
